Could home sales and prices start to increase in the near future? I think so! The amount of homes available for sale has only increased by 4.83% compared to last year this same time which is not that bad given our current economy and housing market.... MORE->

Pflugerville/Austin and the surrounding areas are remaining very active. The price of resale homes are down a litte due to the foreclosures on the market, but there are many homes being listed daily. Lending guidlines have changed as well as the FHA... MORE->
