Howdy, pricing of real estate is the news topic of topics and El Paso has had a lighter downturn than most due mostly as the market was not as inflated as in other markets. So if you are a buyer great time to look at those Pre Foreclosures and... MORE->

Even though El Paso is in a buyer's market, we are not seeing a drastic reduction in prices. Buyers are asking and getting sellers to help with closing costs but on the most part home prices are not going down they are going up. Builders are... MORE->

El Paso is in an unusual market right now. While there are way too many homes on the market the list price to sales price ratio is still around 97-98% and sales prices are up from where they were a year ago. We are starting to see sellers... MORE->
