Visit WWW.ATLANTABESTHOMES.COM and view over 84000 active listings in our primary MLS service (FMLS). That is an all time high for this time of year in Atlanta and Duluth area! However, interest rates are reasonable! It's a great time to buy or sell... MORE->

The amount of new home construction along with the number of existing resale homes has added pricing pressure to all homes. Those resale homes in the best condition can and do compete with the new home market and take an average of 180 days to sell.... MORE->
