Sales are up led mostly by falling prices. Since August 4, 2008 through October 8, 2008, 39 homes have closed escrow in Gold Canyon and 15 of those were bank owned Foreclosures. As of 10/8/08, 322 active listings in Gold Canyon. 21 homes are PENDING... MORE->
