The average sales price for listings that actually sold decreased (5.23%) from $541,339 to $513,040. Average Days on Market for those properties actually selling increased from 66.to 69. Overall, the absorbtion rate or Total Active Listings divided by the number of Sales for the previous month increased from 6.34 to 7.28 months.
