The number of homes sold for the same period decreased 21.90% (585 sold) with the average sales price increasing .39% at $187,539. New home listings have also decreased 19.82% (1,424 homes), but the number of new third quarter listings sold have remained close to 2007 (-2.84%) with the average asking price decreasing 2% to ($213,941.)
Condos sold have decreased by 23.42% with an increase of 10% in their sales price ($135,029).
