2008 has started off slow for Real Estate. Compared to last year, there has been about 40% less homes sold.
The number of homes sold in Davis County declined in February, compared to a year ago. There were 142 less single family residences sold as MLS listings this year vs. last year, a decline of 40%. The average February home sales price was actually up by more than $8,000, to $239,042.
Currently there are 2,076 residential properties listed in Davis County UT. The median list price is $289,900, and the average asking price is at $353,488

Location Characteristics: Bountiful is the City on Hill. Just when you thought there was no more room to grow, developers found a way to keep building up an up, bigger and bigger.
