2008 Year To Date Sales Report - North Dallas/Preston Hollow
With interest rates so low, and inventory rising, this is the perfect time for buyers to get serious about their next move. The economy is still strong in Dallas, and we are definitely in a buyers market. In the North Dallas, Preston Hollow area, November sales reports showed a 29% decrease in the number of homes sold year to date, but the average sales price continues to hold strong with a 5% increase over the same time last year. The time is absolutely right for buyers!
