Sales continued to decline in November. The number of new listings and the active listings continues to contract but there are still to many homes on the market. The average sales price is just off by 2% for the year to date.

New Listings: 175 a 33% decrease Active Listings: 1,002 a 20% decrease, Pending Sales: 104 a 20% decrease Solds: 104 a 29% decrease, Avg. Sale Price: $216,644 a 5% decrease, Days on Market: 77 a 18% increase.
There is currently a 6.0 month supply of homes for sale.
YEAR TO DATE THROUGH NOVEMBER:
Sales: 1,841 a 22% decrease Average Sales Price: $222,409 a 2% decrease Median Sales Price: $185,000 a 0% increase New Listings: 3,548 a 22% decrease
FOR THE YEAR 2007:
Solds: 2,497 a 17% decrease Avg Sales Price: $225,9481 a 1% increase Median Sales Price: $184,000 a 2% increase New Listings: 4,774 a 6% decrease
FOR THE YEAR 2006:
New Listings: 5,062 an 15% increase Solds: 2,960 a 7% increase Avg. Sale Price: $224,418 a 12% increase Median Sale Price: $180,530 a 8% increase
