As usual, some neighborhoods are outperforming others, but over all the trend seems to be an increase in value. The lenders seem to be settling in on their new guidelines which include higher credit scores and larger down payments. So as of now, our market looks to be healthy and the continued trend of slight increases in values, depending on the subdivision.
