Even though El Paso is in a buyer's market, we are not seeing a drastic reduction in prices. Buyers are asking and getting sellers to help with closing costs but on the most part home prices are not going down they are going up.

Builders are really giving the buyers some nice incentives to purchase their product over a resale.

The sales have been a little slow with what is going on with the stock market and the whole industry right now.

There are alot of driving forces making our market start to go up in price such as : the new medical school and research center that will have its first class next year. It is the first med school to open in a border city. Private investment is starting to make our down town a great place to be and there is more in the future as far as new development in that area.

Ft Bliss will expand by close to 96,000 troops and family members by 2013 and we have been approved for a new Children's Hospital.

Now is the time to buy in El Paso, don't wait for prices and interest rates to go up.

Call us today and we promise to make the home buying or selling process as easy and as stress free as possible.

ZIP Code: 79912

Location Characteristics: Being raised in the military I felt that I did not have a real home until I settled in El Paso. I have been here since 1978 and there is not a thing that I could think of that would make me leave El Paso. I love the weather (don't ever want to be cold again and don't want to live in a humid climate) and I love the people. El Paso is a warm and friendly town and I feel that you never meet a stranger. According to one wise El Pasoan, "if you wear out one pair of shoes in El Paso, you will never leave". Well I have worn out more than my share and hope you will do the same.
