It is a good time for a buyer. There are a good supply of homes and rates remain low. Sellers can sell their homes if they price competively. Our area has not escalated as some other areas therefore prices are more affordable.

Location Characteristics: An area just north of Lake Lewisville and along and either side of I-35. Located between Denton and Lewisville. Some areas have parks and walking trails. Most of the homes have been constructed in the last 10-15 years. We have new hospitals, new schools and new shopping. Work along I-35 at Corinth is completed for now. Coming Soon will be the Toll Bridge to the east across Lake Lewisville and will intersect with the Dallas North Tollway.
