Colonies North has always held it's value well. It is established, and ages of most homes range from 30 to 40 years. The price range of these homes are generally about $80,000 to $200,000.
As of January 3, 2009, there are 7 homes for sale in Colonies North. There are 2 homes now under contract, and 23 homes have sold in 2008 through December. The average sales price of these homes was $150.200, and average days on the market was 43 days. No homes sold (closed) in December. A total of 30 homes were sold in Colonies North in 2007.
