The average days on the market through November was 60 days, up 22% but houses are selling with an average sales price of $166,543, unchanged;with the median price of $156,900, up 1% . Less homes on the market, less homes sold, longer time on market but higher price, . Total dollar value year to date in 2008 $83,937,672 down 7%. During 2007 570 homes sold, a 7% decrease from 2006 with a small 2% increase in average sales price to $166,403....The total dollar volume spent in Residential Real Estate in 2007 equals $94,849,710. The best indicator of the market is Average Days on the Market; through December the average DOM was 50 days, down 11%. Total dollar volume spent for real estate in Bedford in 2006 was $99,535,253.
