Allen, as reported by the North Texas Real Estate Information System (NTREIS) is showing a significant decrease in Average Sales Price of 21%. Allen, however, continues to be a remarkably strong, well run community, while most of it's surrounding communities remain statistically flat or show marginal to significant downward trends as well. In spite of this temporary discouragement, Allen remains a a highly attractive city for relocation candidates from all areas of the country.
