Since the market continues to be flooded with new foreclosures the prices are still declining. If you are a buyer, there are some tremendous bargains out there. Short sales and foreclosures currently make up at least 60% of today's sales. So, if you are a Seller, you must be competitively priced. As of January 1st, there are currently 787 homes for sale in Fountain Hills with 478 of those being single family homes. The average price is $758,456. There are 42 homes currently in escrow with an average price of $449,175. The average days on the market were 180. There were 45 homes that sold/closed escrow in December which is an increase from the previous month.
