Sales in Chandler were up 9% vs 2007 for November 2008 ( -8% YTD) as the market appears to be turning the corner (at least bottoming out)! If you are "thinking" about buying a home now may be the perfect time with rates still at historical lows, prices are down and supply up. . There are currently around 2032 homes and condo's for sale in Chandler, which is roughly a 7.5 months' supply. The average cummulative days a home stays on the market before it sells is now 141 (last year it was 132 days). Total 2007 sales dropped 27% vs 2006.
